Refund Policy

At Demall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for a Refund To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Item must be reported within the 7-day return window
3. Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
- Downloadable or digital products
4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method (MTN MoMo, bank transfer, or card).
5. Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
6. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
